Craftsmanship and community
Our story is rooted in a lifelong passion for craftsmanship and community. Jim, the founder of Bradley Construction, traces his love for building back to his childhood days spent helping his father, a skilled contractor, construct their family home in Jerome. Those early experiences laid the foundation for Jim’s journey in the construction industry.
After moving to the valley and working for SV Co., Jim crossed paths with Mike Turzian, a meeting that would shape his career. Together, they contributed to the transformation of Sun Valley Garden Center, where Jim honed his skills while still finding time to frame homes alongside his father.
In 1999, Jim took a leap of faith and started Bradley Construction, fueled by a vision to create exceptional homes that reflect quality and attention to detail. What sets us apart is our integrated approach—we handle everything from excavation to finishing touches in-house, eliminating delays and ensuring a seamless construction process.
