"Jim Bradley was the general contractor for our house, which we built June-November 2015. We worked with Jim Bradley/ Bradley Construction from beginning to end -- getting our building permit, building a new house from the ground up, all the way through to the sidewalk out front. He came in on time and within budget. Any changes along the way were discussed as to time and financial impact, so there were no surprises at the end. We were able to use our basic design, which he was able to complete with accurate architectural drawings. We were able to get the design we wanted – only better! Decorating was left to us. Some things we purchased separately on our own (granite countertops), and some we left to Jim to manage (cabinets). We were able to make design changes along the way (we did not make any structural changes) that improved the house with no hassle. Our house has many nice unique features. The subcontractors were reliable. We would highly recommend Bradley Construction!"
